Teacher Training Course

US Teacher Training begins Friday, March 14, 2025, 1 PM EST

with Judith Johnson

The purpose of this training is to teach and empower PNE practitioners as instructors for classes and workshops and to assist Judith Johnson in the practitioner training courses. Teacher trainees will participate in a period of internship that involves presenting instructional material in the webinars and assisting in practitioner training retreats, presenting to groups of practitioner trainees, and supervising group sessions.

The Program

Teacher-trainees should review resource materials and recommended reading listed in the booklets for practitioner training.

The teacher training program will offer the chance to review what you’ve already learned, and to receive the next level of instruction. There will be plenty of hands-on practice and student-teaching opportunities.

Teacher trainees will receive in-depth instruction and hands-on experience in teaching all facets of the webinars and retreats of the practitioner training program.

Teacher-trainees will need to study and review materials before each webinar and participate in the webinars, sometimes in teaching parts of a session, and then evaluate each webinar in discussion with the teacher and group.

In the practitioner retreats, everyone will have the opportunity to give and receive Point-holding, SRT, and spinal sessions. Teacher trainees will make themselves available to assist in food prep, clean-up, organization, presentation, and session supervision. As part of your teacher training, you may choose to work with US or European practitioner training retreats, or both, with Judith’s agreement.

The structure of the course

This is intended to be a 1½ year course, but the length of time may vary depending on the scheduling of practitioner trainings, retreats, and other variables.

The training will be through webinars and on-site in conjunction with the practitioner training retreats.

The new US teacher training program will begin with an introductory webinar on March 14, 1 PM EST, 1 week prior to the start of the new practitioner training course.
