This workshop is the culmination of Judith Johnson’s passion, study, and development in the last years. The vagus nerve mediates between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and is crucial to understanding PsychoNeuroEnergetic processing. You’ll begin to be able to trace sensation and relaxation within the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and gain conscious control of traumatic symptomology.
